Return & Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of every product that leaves our facility. In the rare event that you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received has a manufacturing defect (e.g., weaving flaw, stitching error, printing misalignment).
- The product received is damaged during transit (torn, stained, or visibly tampered with).
- The wrong product was delivered (different item, size, or design than what was ordered).
Return Window
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support. The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- An unboxing 360° video of the product clearly showing the defect or damage, along with your order number, is required to process the return.
Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
- Products with minor variations in colour or texture due to differences in screen display settings (inherent to handcrafted/digital print products — not considered defects).
- Products purchased during clearance sales or with promotional discount codes, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Customised or made-to-order products.
- Absorbent rolls and hygiene-related products.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery through any of the following:

- Email: help@vardhmanmills.com (include order number, delivery date, and unboxing 360° video/images of the issue)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, ship the product to:

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection:
- Full Refund: Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Bank Processing Time: Additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Partial Refund: If the product shows signs of use or missing tags/packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Refund Will NOT Be Issued If:
- The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address leading to non-delivery.
- There were 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
- The package was refused by the recipient at the time of delivery.
- The return request was raised after the 7-day return window.
