Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Here’s how cancellations work at Vardhman Mills.
3.1 Cancellation by the Customer
Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement, so please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel.
- To cancel, reach out via WhatsApp (+91 79 7611 9599) or email (help@vardhmanmills.com) with your order number.
Refund on Cancellation (Before Dispatch): Full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. A nominal payment gateway processing fee (up to 2%) may be deducted.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed. You may choose to:
- Refuse the delivery at your doorstep (the product will be returned to us, and a refund will be initiated minus the shipping charges).
- Accept the delivery and then initiate a return if the product meets the return eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.
3.2 Cancellation by Vardhman Mills
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable.
- Incorrect product listing or pricing error on the website.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or payment-related issues.
- Delivery address falls in an unserviceable area.
In all such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, and you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
