Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges as an alternative to refunds in qualifying cases.
Eligibility for Exchange
- The product received has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit.
- The wrong product, size, or design was delivered.
- The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
- Our team will verify the claim and confirm exchange eligibility within 2 business days.
- A reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to serviceability at your pin code). If not available, you will need to courier the product to our warehouse.
- Once the returned product passes quality inspection, a replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Exchange Limitations
- Exchange is available for the same product or a product of equal or higher value. For higher-value exchanges, you will need to pay the price difference.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order. Exchange orders are not eligible for further exchange.
- If the requested replacement product is out of stock, a store credit will be issued instead.
- Products purchased during sale/discount periods are eligible for exchange only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Shipping Costs for Exchange
- Manufacturing defect, wrong product, or transit damage: Vardhman Mills will bear all shipping costs.
- All other exchange reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
