Shipping Policy

At Vardhman Mills, we are committed to delivering your home furnishing products safely and on time. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

1.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details immediately after placing the order.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery: 4–8 business days across India.
  • Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take additional 2–3 business days. In some remote and rural areas, doorstep delivery may not be available — you may need to collect from the nearest shipping partner hub. You will be notified in such cases.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier partner schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Not Available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or by contacting our customer support team.

1.2 International Shipping

  • International orders are accepted exclusively via WhatsApp at +91 79 7611 9599.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on destination country, total weight, and shipment dimensions.
  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks depending on the destination.
  • All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local levies are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Vardhman Mills is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

1.3 Important Shipping Notes

  • Please provide accurate and complete delivery address, including pin code and contact number, at the time of order placement.
    If incorrect or incomplete address details result in non-delivery or return-to-origin, the customer will bear the re-shipping cost.
  • If the courier partner makes 3 failed delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • Inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours with photographs.

1.4 Out-of-Delivery-Zone (ODZ) Areas

If your pin code falls outside our courier partner’s serviceable area, we will notify you within 3 business days. You need to provide an alternative delivery address within the serviceable zone.
